We are a company, who is for 12 years practicing accounting and economical counseling for over 150 local and international companies. We offer our clients only the highest professional level of support during the realization of their business plans, where as a team of language skilled consultants we help Slovak companies overcome the language barrier during the contact with foreign institutions, and reversed, we navigate foreign companies in the labyrinth of accounting and taxation environment of Slovak republic.

Accounting

Our highly qualified personnel is reported to have very good results during the care for our clients, which are Slovak, also foreign companies established on Slovak market. We have strategic target to offer counseling since the company was founded in SR, from obligatory registration to accounting, overseeing the business results through the form of financial analyses and reports.

We help our clients to found new solutions for difficult problems, which erupts from frequent changes to legislation and more advanced trade relations and business methods, while offering services required in implementation of accounting systems, counseling with elaboration of internal guidelines on accounting and internal system controls, book-keeping according with the legal enactment of SR, or transformation of accounting outputs according to the international accounting standards of IAS.

We secure periodical reports of subsidiary firms and attached companies for executive management in foreign countries (US GAAP, IAS) and solve specific methodical problems in specific accounting classes, for instance leasing, stock exchange, foreign business and others.

Wage and HR management

Payroll administration, salary processing and HR management belongs into the sphere of our services. Our outsourcing service is becoming increasingly interesting, mainly because of periodical regulation changes and unpredictable law legislature. It is often inefficient to hire internal employees for these mentioned procedures, or alternatively we foreseen trend, where many companies have the intention to hide the salary information from their own employees, and also from these mentioned arguments an external salary service is seen as a viable option. We offer our clients a complex service from salary processing to forwarding salary finances on the employees accounts.

We process complete salary agenda on monthly basis for payroll and non-payroll employees, working with statements, applications, leavings from health insurance companies and social insurance. We are realizing quarter reports and yearly statements for tax office, including yearly tax and health insurance statements. We are providing suggestions and follow up realizations of work contracts and agreements, we offer counseling in the field of work law relations.
