Complex Counseling

For more than eight years we have been preparing for our client’s designs and projects, though which are possible to co-finance from various European funds. We have the knowledge of all structural funds of EU and cohesion fond and for a long time we have been preparing successful projects included in these programs.

We have the experience with also others funds of European union, as are Community programs, programs of interregional cooperation, and others, for instance programs of bilateral cooperation, programs of European and world Bank, state`s support programs and others.

During the preparation of projects, we are able to enter into any phase of the project`s preparation. It does no matter, if the client is already working on the preparation of the project for a longer or shorter time, or he is just having an idea for a project. Our target is to gain financial support for the intending project or for any worthwhile goal our client might have.

PM & Monitoring

We understand and always emphasize, that the most difficult phase of project co-financed from EU fond is precisely the realization phase of the project. That’s while during the realization of the project we offer our clients our support based on our knowledge and mainly experience from realization of many past projects.

It is common, that even the best interest, although perfectly planned, will eventually hit through realization phase into many smaller and greater complications and problems, which couldn’t be forecasted ( or were not expected at all). We always take solving these problems and situations as a challenge and we seek for the client optimal solutions, eventually the only possible solution.

We also take care of administration part of rather difficult bureaucratic process, which realization of a project funded from European Union undoubtedly is. This saves our client`s time and ,,sanity,, and enhancing effectively process and overall contribution to client`s project.

We all would hope for, that our troubles would end by verification of the project`s realization and all financing is spend (financial help for the project). But, European Union is closely monitoring impacted financial expenditure for few (as a rule of thumb approximately 5) years after the project was finished. In this time period, we further advise and remind the client the need to send the requested reports, we prepare these reports explicitly and independently that our client is solely and limitedly impacted.

Besides monitoring the projects, EU is through many of Slovak and European control institutions engaged in regular checks of these projects. During the process of these checks, we are available to the client and also to the controllers, we are able to be present during the controlling, on behalf of the client we represent him in front of the controlling institutions, if the client requests the need. We work for the client during the time he ,,forgets,, that he was realizing this project and is currently undertaking nowadays projects and challenges. Through this, he is able focus on his future tasks and needs.
