IT Sourcing project for bank house

In the second half of the year 2011, our company stengl a.s. provides the analysis and advisor capacities to the finance sector in a form of IT Sourcing cooperation.

For the end client - an important bank house – we realize the solution for the concept of reduction of administrative activities with the aim to simplify the key processes in the segment SME (small & medium enterprises). We are dealing with the themes as collateral mgmt, credit monitoring; processes related to passive products incl. account opening, home banking, cash mgmt., products and other activities. An important goal of the project is to decrease the administration and manual effort in division Customer Care, decrease of time used to prepare the loan & collateral documentation and increase of available time for sales activities. 

Services of the consulting company stengl a.s. consists of mapping and analysis of key processes and systems in Corporate banking (AS-IS processes), mapping and proposal for data quality improvement, proposal and design of new processes, resp. redesign of existing processes for Corporate banking (TO-BE processes).

Significant activity is to define the business requirements for IT system support, proposal and approval of centralization of some non-sale activities to support units and proposal and implementation of organizational changes within CC division.
